Whatever, really, moving humans at speed in cars is intrinsically dangerous, The danger should be mitigated as much as possible.
Can you imagine the terrible thing if a family member is killed or injured? Anything that reduces that likelihood, must be a good thing. From safer cars, safer roads, safer drivers.
yes that would be terrible, but if my time is up then my time is up,no amount of airbags will stop fate.
my focus has plenty of airbags and side impact protection and god knows what other safety features,it got a 4 star encap rating. that will do for me.
no more scaremongering with broad generalisations please ling....work permit granted!0 -
I noted your post re your timely order of pre price rise cars however I would like one on a PCP and I don't think you do that and not many are offering 4.9% APR. It wasn't a case of being too greedy (very harsh, quite embarrassed now) rather that I only knew of the rise when Dealdrivers posted info in this thread. I requested quote from them for my finance requirements but it was late Sat afternoon, they didn't get back and their office isn't open Sunday. Haven't heard today so guess my request was too greedy afterall!0

hahahaha! Well never mind.
You should look into these other financing options. I don't do PCP because you have to be careful with it, It can be mis-sold. Also, many people don't quite understand it (not suggesting you don't).
It is hard to see how that price rise will go down, certainly it was a big one. It seems to me like Ford are taking advantage of the popularity of the new Fiesta, milking it in the honeymoon period. There are lots of other great small cars around though.0
