Hi Twinkle,
Glad you are still vegan. I remember well the early days of helping you and others. I felt like a vegan mentor. Good idea to do a food diary to help others.

Can anyone help with suggestions for vegan savoury food that will keep without a fridge for a buffet?
Need to make one evening, then travel 7/12 hours with it, then store overnight in the car for the next day. Admittedly the car will probably be a cold as a fridge anyway!
Thanks in advance0 -

Vegetable Samosa, Onion Bhaji, Broad Bean Falfel, Individual Tofu Quiche Marmite Straws, Tapenade Pastry Pinwheels. If you are able to do a small amount of prep on the day, then pastry cases (eg vol au vents) will keep well in an airtight container, fillings could be prepped and travel in piping bags for assembly before the party.

Hi all, I have had a quick scan through the more recent posts on the site.
First off, I am not Vegan, I am pretty much dairy free, eat minimal amounts of poultry and fish & no eggs. My interest in vegan diet is from a health perspective as I am trying to lose weight and revitalise my eating habits.
I am interested in simple vegan recipes, someone earlier mentioned a link, but I can't find it. Any help appreciated.

I like the idea of using vol au vants, just what filling to use. Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance0
