I've no idea but they did get my service up and running immediately, all I got was fobbed off and I can assure you I'm quite persistant.
someone prob seen an error on your a/c why it was happening & corrected it, knowledge & staff in any company are a rare commodity these days ! training is 1 issue the other is staff not training themselves & passing bucks, Orange's outsourced departments that 150 transfer you to are famous for thisSO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe

Yeah I think you are right, if it was something small it may of been missed by previous csa's but picked up by a more experienced csa who had seen a simliar problem in the past - believe it or not we don't go out of our way to make life hard for our customers - we do want to help.knowledge & staff in any company are a rare commodity these days ! training is 1 issue the other is staff not training themselves & passing bucks
great points - especially the one about staff training themselves - so much of the work has to be learnt "on the job" as training cannot be done for every single eventuality as the training would end up taking 3-4 months before getting on to do the job.Orange's outsourced departments that 150 transfer you to are famous for this
I can't comment on Orange per se, but I can comment that in the recent Mobile News mystery shopper survey Orange were appalling & if I had treated a customer the way the mystery shopper had been treated I would expect to be on a disciplinery.0 -
