Tesco Clubcard/Vouchers/Points/Deals - Post All Questions Here [merged]

I found this page a couple of days ago when checking to see if new vouchers had been sent out & was really pleased to find that I still had £4.50in unused vouchers that I had forgotten about.
Intend to use it online when I get magazine subscriptions for my grandsons for Christmas.

In my opinion, the lack of such detail in the past was almost the only flaw in the Clubcard system. I could never be sure that each and every transaction had worked. In this respect, even nectar.com was better - until now - so I'm crossing my fngers that I'll be able to find Tesco information by transaction.

Go on "My Clubcard Account" Then click on "Your Points" and then "Detail". It should tell you every transaction you've made, and how many points you got.

for some reason I don't get the option of "detail". I called Tesco CS and they said it doesn't exist and it will only ever be a total. They said the level of info available varies from customer to customer :think:

Find this a bit hard to believe but to be honest their first response was that the clubcard website details hadn't changed recently anyway so shows how much they know!

Loving the new section... just found out I have a voucher from May 2009 that I never spent! Must have lost it, but at least now I can get a replacement.

Yeah this is what happened to me, it was a Nov 09 voucher that I'd never spent and without this new site I'd never have known!

Thank you thank you thank you OP I would never of logged in if I hadn't seen your message and it says I have £24 vouchers I haven't used which I didn't know about

Thanks OP. Checked my account and I've got £10.50 of vouchers unused. And were issued in 2009. I think I might do a bit of browsing on Tescos website.

I had the same problem earlier as well and finally the penny dropped. Check your Tesco card....you have to type exactly in the same format.
In my case, I only have initials on my card and yet I typed my full name of the website
