I have £104.50 showing on the site and some even earlier in date too from hubbys and and the other account i found

I'm experiencing the same issue - and noticed that the name of the card just shows the initials - but its just telling me the initial is not a valid name and a full first name is required - Help anyone!?

Ring the customer service & they will amend your name accordingly, after verification of course. That's how my brother sorted out his

I coudn't log in, but when I logged in with my wife's card number and details it worked. you must log in with the main cardholder number.

Maybe, previously she had set her card up for GHS or 'Direct' so the 'system' already had a link to her details but not to yours.

Your card must be linked to linked to your own e-mail address, if for example it is linked to someone else's e-mail - it has the effect of giving them permission to have access to your details and vouchers!!

Thanks for this tip. I found an extra £15 unused that was issued in vouchers from 2009. I could have sworn I'd spent the lot last year but i must have lost some. I would have had no idea had you not posted this :-)
There is a code you can use to spend/convert to rewards online for those of you who don't want to wait for it to be resent as vouchers in 2011.

Never used my Tesco vouchers for reward offers before. Thought I used all my vouchers. Found £15.50 because of this find (Thanks button hit) and have a magazine subscription and restaurant coupon heading my way. Made up in so many ways.

If you just have an initial on your card it won't let you access the new information, needs the full christian name. You need to speak to CS who will amend their system. Then found I had £5 unused another 100 airmiles clocked up
