It says my details dont match those on system!

Had the account for years and its my on line one too so cant see whats wrong.

Yes the 'zero' for up to 23/10/10 is a 'glitch', but I doubt that the £23.50 one is though!! You may have used it on an on-line deal, and forgotten to mark it off!?? By all means ring to check.

Cheers cagsd just found out I have missed not spending a £15 voucher so have made a note of the number and will spend before changeover of points.

thanks that's really handy, I am often forgetting which ones I have spent especially when used online as I don't always throw them straight away, shame it hasn't updated the nov statement which is showing as zero I know they are in the process of sending them out but it would be nice to know what I am going to get!

only got 50p , but this does mean that in a few days hopefully the codes for the vouchers being mailed to me this month will go on there and then i'll be able to spend them online while are still in the post

Yes I think all the values are showing only what has been collected since 23rd / 24th Oct, as the November statement details are "being processed". Apparently they should be sent out by 19th November.
