Is anyone having trouble viewing their points balance, my just saying unexpected error?? Wouldn't work instore before either. Strage??

Yep im having the same problem but remember its 1/4 end so that may be the reason.

Lol super, thought I'd had my points removed for a minute! Just phoned them an they confirmed they were still there but I still can't access anything!

Quick question - I've just gotten some restaurant vouchers through the first time. I ordered vouchers for Bella Italia, PizzaExpress and Strada, but looking at the vouchers that have arrived, they're all just identical "restaurant" tokens which really only have an ID distinguishing them (so S2007 for Bella Italia, S2037 for PizzaExpress and S2038 for Strada), but no actual restaurant names mentioned on the vouchers - does this mean I can use these at ANY participating restaurant or am I definitely restricted to using them for the specific restaurants I ordered them for?

Yes - and not just restaurants - anything that's not a buy in full should be OK.

I have been with clubcard for years but recently was told by my cousin that they actually routinely send out vouchers like 4 pounds off 40 pounds purchase for different week. I have never seen these type of vouchers before. Does anyone know how to get them?

Can anyone please help me out. I need to make a complaint to Tesco's about their clubcard helpline customer services. I don't just want to use their "email us" contact form as I want to be able to keep a copy of what I write to them. I need an email or address (or maybe a postal address) that I can put in an official complaint to.

Please can anyone help???

Just to be pedantic, Clubcard don't send out those, all they deal with is the cash vouchers, not the conditional spend vouchers. Conditional spend vouchers are via Marketing - using the Clubcard database i.e. those who have said 'yes' to receiving 'offers' from Tesco.

i only get sent these, if i havent shopped in tesco for a while
