    There was someone mentioned that Tesco will do the double up on your vouchers again soon, has anyone heard more on when? The one where you can change £10 for £20?

    I didn't do it last time but would like to order a large toy this time and may save my couchers for it if it's soon..

    I get my vouchers as the online code type. Can I still change them instore to be able to order the toy from the catalogue?

    Any help appreciated :-)

    Can anyone please help me out. I need to make a complaint to Tesco's about their clubcard helpline customer services. I don't just want to use their "email us" contact form as I want to be able to keep a copy of what I write to them. I need an email or address (or maybe a postal address) that I can put in an official complaint to.

  • Anyone else find that they have to chase up their 5p fuel coupons with their on-line grocery orders? I speak to the driver about it who says they have run out, I call the phone number on the top of my delivery note and all I get is a grunt and told that they'll e-mail the store and I still don't get them :mad:

    Looks like the vouchers are en-route, my online points total changed this weekend....hope they arrive for the double up promo...

    Was just browsing the Tesco website and thought I would have a look to see how much I would be getting in Clubcard vouchers in the next mailing. Normally I just click on "Clubcard" and it gives the option to type in my Clubcard number, then brings up a simple page with the number of points in and how much £££ this would convert to.

    HOWEVER!! Tonight I had to put in my Tesco password, it then took me to a page which asked for my Clubcard number and full name and address, once I had submitted all that, it brought up a whole Clubcard mini site, with LOADS of details!!! It had every transaction I'd made using the card, the amount of points given every time, how much I'd accrued, and I was delighted to find that I have apparently not used £21 worth of vouchers so still have this to spend!!! I would never have had a clue about this if I'd not checked here so am made up! I don't have the paper voucher any more but the site says either to ring CS for a replacement, or it also gives the E-code so that I can use it online!

    Lucky you. I apparently have spent all the vouchers they've sent me in the last two years.

    Am liking the extra information on the new site though :)

  • It's raised some interesting questions on mine - my current points appear to have cut off but my total from 25/07/10 until 23/10/10 is listed as zero which is certainly not correct and I have a £23.50 voucher with an expiry of 30/11/10 which is not listed on the vouchers. Fingers crossed both are just a glitch.

    Good to be able to see the detail on line though. It would be even better if they were listed in a similar way to a bank statement with credits added and a running total. That would be easier for me to spot missing ones then.
