Yes the 'zero' for up to 23/10/10 is a 'glitch', but I doubt that the £23.50 one is though!! You may have used it on an on-line deal, and forgotten to mark it off!?? By all means ring to check.
Good news - quick call to Tesco and the £23.50 has not been used. The gentleman thought that perhaps there was a maximum number which could be listed on the website so if anyone has one which isn't appearing when they check online it's well worth checking.0 -
I've got a £38.50 one that I haven't got the paper one for but is showing as available. I'll call tomorrow and get that sorted.
Looking forward to the double up offers, I'll have over £300 to double up by the time my November statement arrives, I rarely bother to spend them usually and just hoard them.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. You don't need the paper version if you just want to buy a reward, you can do this online! I did that with mine last night as I hadn't a clue I even HAD any vouchers remaining and certainly didn't have the paper one.
However if you were wanting it to double up you'd have to ring to get it replaced... would they do it in time though, is the thing! Hope so.0 -

NO, if you want to use it 'double-up' don't ring. If you have access to the voucher code with 'myaccount' - you will be able to use that code for the 'double-up'. Unlike last time, you don't have to go to the store - you can do it 'on-line'.
If you did ring, and cancel the old unused voucher, you wouldn't get it back until after the promotion had finished.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -

Yes - if you want a paper replacement for the voucher, call 0800 59 16 88
Otherwise you can just use the online code given on the voucher part of the website, and spend it online for either shopping or rewards. xx0 -
Thanks
will have a nose online tomorrow about the rewards as have no idea how they work or what to spend the points on. I also have some tesco giftcards to use.

I have quite a few saved up and am struggling to find something worthwhile in the deals to use them for... I've done RAC , a few days out in the Summer, the cinema tickets we don't have those cinemas closeby and don't fancy any of the available theatre tickets and I really don't want to spend them in the store on food..#6 of the SKI-ers Club :j
