Couldn't get on system so phoned CS. Apparently they are working on the systems at present and you should be able to get online again tomorrow. HTH0

A load of my points have vanished!
I had about 20 quid's worth but now only have 2.....I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Old style MoneySaving boards.

When you said "200 yesterday" was that from a receipt or from 'myclubcard'?
The difference if from a receipt, maybe you have another (virtual) card not linked to your (physical) clubcard you use in the store.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -

The operative word here is 'currently' the amount you mentioned before was your previous period figure - that has been converted into vouchers, which you'll receive shortly - probably next week.
It is the same process, as you would see on a receipt, that happens with the change-over from one period to another.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -
