According to the last mailshot that they sent out (which detailed the upcoming changes), vouchers should be received by card holders by 19th November.

Does anyone know when the latest Tesco vouchers are due to be sent out?

The mailing seems to be more concentrated this time, they are all going out next week. I don't envy Royal Mail!!

    Update:
Reissue period is short - just from 15th Nov to 20th Nov., the delivery date is scheduled to be the 29th Nov.
This is to ensure that, anyone who has moved, but not notified in time, can still get their vouchers in time to use for both the Voucher Exchange and the Reward deals at 4 times.
But don't panic if the above doesn't apply to you i.e. no change of address, and its the 15th but they still haven't arrived - wait till the 18th. Unless, the dog has chewed them up, or they've got mixed up with the recycling!!

It was the mailing detailing that the rewards value is changing from 4x face value to 3x... did you not see the post on here?
Hang on and I'll try to find the details.

This is from the weekly email, but there have also been several threads about it on here and the Grabbit board.

  • With the old system we could get the balance for our credit card account as we just put in the no so I was able to check both accounts but since the new system we can only get balance for clubcard account as we put email and password in and that is the only account that shows. For nearly a year now I have recorded each day what the balnce was for both accounts so could keep a track of points the clubcard account was easier as you would have physical receipts and could check but credit card is harder as you don't know when the points are added and you have no physical receipts and there never seemed to be a pattern to make it easier but atleast by recording it I would always know roughtly what to expect in my mailings. We always use our clubcard shoping in tesco then pay for everything on our credit card in stores or online, never just use the credit card in store even though they give you another clubcard no we prefer to keep them as seperate for the specific reason of keeping track. Our problem now is getting a balance for the credit card account not sure the best way of doing it

I've got my vouchers today £11 and have £18 from through the year -there are a few things I want to get with my vouchers,do I need to do all the tranx in one go or can I order some things now and some on 5th Dec? (reason I'm asking is I would like to get a magazine sub as a xmas pressie so would like to order it now, but also want an annual pass for somewhere that due to when mine expires I can't order til 5th Dec.) -have never cashed mine in like this before I usually ended up spending them when they came.
