Whoops so did I earlier today :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0 -
A few weeks ago I was placing an order with tesco direct and entered some money off codes that had been mailed to me.
Before I actually placed the order my computer stopped working and when I got back in again and managed to place the order, the codes were not accepted as it said I had already used them.
I continued with the order and used no codes.
I thought perhaps, after some time had passed that it would free up the codes again, but have tried to use them again today and it still says they have been used.
I know for sure they havent - has anyone had any success with customer services in a similar situation? Surely they should be able to tell me when and what the codes were used for?
Trying to find out as much info as possible before I contact them.
Thanks in advance0 -

I would assume they can tell as they have all records of your clubcard transactions i.e. spend, if you have used a promo code or discount code etc0 -
pc10:
What was the origin of these 'codes'? Were they from CC cash vouchers, or from other promotions?
Suggest first, ring Tesco Direct, ask for 'after sales' quote your order no., name & postcode, and ask if they were any voucher codes (whether for discount or more points) attached to it.
If he/she says 'no' ask if its too late to add them.
You may need to ring CC if ordinary cash vouchers, they may have got stuck in 'reserve' status. They can be reactivated, or rolled over.
Good luck.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -
Hi
Thanks for the replies.
These were all money off codes which were sent to me in club card mailings over a period of months - they are all still in date.

Not sure if this is the right place so i apologise in advance.
We're looking at using our clubcard vouchers for a hotel break but we wanted to check availability before we convert the vouchers. Anyway with Hilton they only offer Dinner, bed and breakfast rates and the Tesco site says it's only valid with bed and breakfast rates. Anyone find that if they call Hilton tdo they actually do a bed and breakfast rate when spending clubcard vouchers...?0 -
Err..... why not ring them and ask ?!Thank you for reading this message.0
