I think it depends which hotel you are looking at. Some allow midweek.

    Thanks.

    I put a link in post 682.
  • in a nutshell I used to work for a playgroup and did their online shopping for them using my credit card
when I left I carried on doing it firstly to be nice and secondly I can get easy clubcard points lol
I do the shopping at sainsburys online but pay for it using my tesco credit card
however I'm having a bit of hassle with sainsburys ( nothing to do with the playgroup ) and I'm wondering if its worth the hassle but then if I give it up I'm not sure how it will affect my tesco points which we use online and get four times the value
so I need someone clever to tell me how many points ( roughly will do lol ) by doing the online shopping over a year
I've worked out that the shopping bill comes to approximately £2800 a year
so can anyone tell me how many tesco clubcard points I earn spending that ???
if this is the wrong place to post this then feel free to move it

If you are using a standard Tesco credit card (and not a 'Bonus' card) you'll get 1 finance point for every £4.00 you spend - per transaction. So it is going to be less than divide 2800 by 4 !
I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard

Those 'bonus points do not go on straight away. Usually take at least 28 days - to cover returns. When did you buy the item, was it via the store, or via Tesco Direct. If the latter, you could contact 'After sales' at 'Direct' - they are more likely to be able to tell you when ....

  • Doing my first online shop with Tesco and used a £10 off £50 spend but when I get to the payment page my verified by visa security page is asking me to verify a payment of the full amount - not taking off the £10 although it was accepted as an ecoupon and is showing as a deduction on the confirmation page

Why is it charging me full amount ?
Wins so far - Numerous Glamour and Rimmel Goodies, 4 tickets to T4OTB, Tiling Tools and Paintbrush, Dova Spa Facial, 5 Tickets to Lynx Allnighter (Halloween party)

Thanks to all posters on MSE :T

I ordered from tesco direct on 27/08 chased about 10 days later was told it toook 7 days then contacted them again yesterday used number on clubcard site 0800591688. What is strange is I ordered a dyson on similar promo with direct in july and them points went on altogether about 5 to 6 days after purchase so it is a little confusing to customers and hard to keep track. The women I was speaking to did say they would look into it and contact me in 48hrs so if I wait till then if no joy I will follow your advice and contact after sales thankyou very much for your reply
