Points & bonus points from Tesco entertainment. Are these added at the end of the period or should they have been added at the time of buying from Tesco Entertainmnet.
Pre ordered the Now 80 in november which was advertised with 250 bonus points which haven't appeared on my online statement.
Phoned CS who say an entertainment issue, phoned them, who say anything to do with CC points is not their problem but will appear at the end of the period in otherwords end of January.
Any clues?Private Parking Tickets - Make sure you put your Subject Access Request in after 25th May 2018 - It's free & ask for everything, don't forget the DVLA0 -
All CC points are added together no matter from where they have come from e.g. recycling shopping.
That didn't happen last time - I got the 40 'TBank' points carried over because there weren't enough of them to make up a voucher in their own right, even though I had enough 'other' points to make up a voucher, if they had added them all together.0 -
- do the credit card points go into a separate 'pot', and if so, how many do I need to get a voucher?
I have 40 points showing as 'TBank Carried Forward', plus 24 points from the credit card since the last voucher cut off.
Does that mean I have 64 points in that 'pot'? How many more do I need for a voucher? Thanks in advance!
Whilst all CC points are combined, points for using your credit card are called TPF points (Tesco Personal Finance), and are compiled separately - I think the minimum for that is £0.50 to have a tpf voucher.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -

At the time of the promotion 'Entertainment' would have T & Cs quoting when the Promo points will be in time for e.g. Feb statement.
So, no as long as it appears by the end of the 28th that's fine.
CC can't it until it appears in daily transactions, while Entertainment should be able to confirm from the o/n the appropriate T & Cs and confirm your CC no attached.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -
Are there any online tesco/asda codes currently?0

ive had a very similar argument with tescos regards extra points
they used to show on the till receipt every time u used a voucher for points as a total of points gained/ earned this visit so u could keep up
BUT NOW
they say there added at end of the quarterly clubcard mailing ???
to me that means u have to make sure it does by keeping your eyes out
and ok some will do that but now many of us will remember every single one ?
to be its a way of tesco hoping we forget and for those that done - there's c,s will"add for you if u can be bothered to ring and query it :mad:0 -
Does anyone know if I can change Clubcard vouchers for Irish Ferries and pay for a return journey if I (clubcard holder) am not travelling. I will be booking a return journey soon for my sister & her family and would like to use some Clubcard vouchers and paying balance with my tesco credit card (linked to my clubcard account) but I will not actually be one of the passengers - is this allowed?0

Sorry if this info is easy to find somewhere but I have been searching here and on the Tesco site and can't see it - when is the cut-off point for the next clubcard vouchers statement?
Thanks!0 -

We've just received an email from Tesco about its ClubCard tie-up with Virgin Atlantic Flying Club. Opinions of more experienced Clubcard users here would be appreciated!
The new Tesco deal is that every £2.50s worth of clubcard vouchers buys 625 Virgin flying miles. We're considering flying out from Manchester to Orlando in a couple of months' time and have been quoted £400 each return on the Virgin flight.
I've just checked what the 'flying miles spend' is at Virgin: 45,000 flying miles = 1 return ticket. Though quite why they're called 'flying miles' when the flight distance is around 9,500 miles there and back makes one fear for the flight crew's powers of navigation. . .;)
My maths are spectacularly bad but it looks to me as if £180sworth of ClubCard vouchers is going to equate to one £400 return ticket (that's 45,000 divided by 625 = 72; 72x£2.50 = £180.)
Does that look like "a good deal" to others here? (We have £202 in CC points value at the moment.)
* Of course, it could well turn out that the flight we want isn't available and that travel is possible only on a day that's of no use to us -- this has certainly been our experience of everything from Jet2 'loyalty' points scheme and, formerly, AirMiles.0
