Any idea when the next clubcard mailing will be?. Last year we had a Pre-Chrismas one in December didn't we? This covered the few weeks after the end of Oct/Beg of Nov mailing.A minute at the till, a lifetime on the bill.
Nothing tastes as good as being slim feels.

First time poster so bear with me but ... I am so steaming mad I felt I had to share in case others need to be aware for the future.
I used the recent voucher exchange deal to order from the Tesco clothes website, £10 voucher doubling up to £20. The clothes didn't fit so I returned them expecting the points to be refunded to my clubcard account. Instead they refunded me the cash equivalent and when I complained, pointing out that the value in points was worth far more to me, I was told they are a "different" website to Tesco clubcard and helpfully sent me their refund policy on purchases made using ecoupons.
Yes I should have read the small print first (which usually I'm good at doing). Silly me for thinking Tesco is joined up. :mad:0 -
yes you could have used the cash value of the vouchers to part pay or wholly pay for the ipad, if you had had enough.

this will tell you how you can spend your vouchers.
hi thank you for that but it says 'how to spend your vouchers' i dont have vouchers they are clubcard points?
do i have to convert them into vouchers or soemthing first, that would need forward planning if i was needing them to be deducted from a big purchase, is that right?
sorry i just havent got the grasp of them at all. i could bump up my points if i bought my fuel from tesco which i dont now i by from morrisons but tesco is about the same distance, so i could have a good amount by this time next year so just working out if its worth doing0 -

your points are converted into vouchers by Tesco. what normally happens is they take your points, convert them into vouchers and send them to you with your quarterly mailings. If you don't receive mailings, these points will sit in your account until you redeem them.
If you want to take up one of the offers, ie x3 or x4 deal, you need to contact them and tell them you want to exchange your vouchers for one of their offers.
From their website
Once you've collected 150 points we convert them into a Clubcard voucher worth £1.50 which we'll send you in your Clubcard statement. The more points you collect, the more vouchers you'll get back! Your statement also contains money-off and extra points coupons for products and services we think you like.
You can spend your Clubcard vouchers in-store**, at Tesco petrol filling stations**, online at Tesco.com** and at Tesco direct. Simply use them at the checkout and their value will be taken off the shopping bill. Or you can get even more from your vouchers by spending them on Clubcard rewards. We have hundreds to choose from, ranging from holidays to meals out, hotels to cinema tickets. And look out for our special offers which change each month, but be quick, when they're gone, they're gone!
so if you wanted to make a purchase in store, you would need your points converted to vouchers and sent to you, then you hand them over like cash, the amount of your vouchers is deducted from your purchase.0 -

The 550+ points you have now are your current points in this collection period (ends 28/01/2012), these will come out to you in cash vouchers in early Feb.
You may have had vouchers sent to you in the past - you can see those on-line - click on 'your vouchers' - you have two years to use them i.e. the last ones would have a valid until date of 30/11/2013 - up to you when you use them up to that date.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -

Unfortunately they are not doing a pre Christmas one this year as they did the past two years... the current collection period runs up to the end of January and the mailing will come out early February.0 -

Hi I've just seen the 1,000 clubcard points for new online customers deal in martin's weekly email. does anyone know if my partner can sign up as a new user even though we live at the same address and I've already made an order? thanks x0

You can use as many vouchers at a time as you like, as long as the voucher values are not greater than the invoice value.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0
