Tesco Clubcard/Vouchers/Points/Deals - Post All Questions Here [merged]

Almost 2 weeks ago I wanted to double up my vouchers to buy a mobile phone. However at the store the machine that prints the double up vouchers was playing up, so the sales assistant said they would have to be entered manually. She added some remaining points back onto my account and went with me to the phone section and explained to the assistant that my tokens had been doubled up and had to entered manually. No problem, I also used a £5 off Sun coupon and a Double point coupon.
I have just checked my clubcard account on line to make sure the points had been added back and sure enough they are there and also the double points. However the vouchers I redeemed are still available to spend. Do you think the system has just not caught up with them yet ?

My DH and I have been running our own company for the last few months and although we have a good order book ,its a bit hand to mouth waiting for our suppliers to pay invoices. This morning we discovered that an invoice that should have cleared won't do so until next week. We have money ring fenced which is our' last resort' contingency but I don't want to use it if at all possible. We have the family coming for lunch on Sunday so I went online to check if I had any Tesco clubcard vouchers uncashed. I had £67! I spent those ,money off coupons and made some multibuy savings and got a £78 food bill for £6.32! Very pleased!
Should add it is a weeks shopping plus extras for Sunday but even managed to get one or two items to go in the freezer for Xmas.

I used the double up vouchers to buy a £59.95 phone yesterday and tho it didn't take as long as you :eek: it wouldn't take my last voucher so I ended up paying the £9.95 by card. I'm not sure if I can get my last £10 voucher back now or is it lost forever :mad:, I wouldn't have minded losing 5p but £10! I'm picking up the phone in the shop tomorrow so I'll have to ask if I can at least credit it back to normal tesco points. It's all hassle which I hate!

Not sure where to post this, or even if I should.

Just found out that someone has had their CC coupons used by a third party, and this thrid party has used MY CC to do it.

Lost my CC, so asked for a new one, it never arrived, but it has been used, to cash in these coupons, that way, when the real owner of the CC coupon finds out, it looks like I'm the one who had them.

Dont know what to do for the best, has anyone else heard of this happening.

where you given these cc coupons by the real owner? how else did this third party cash them through your cc?

I lost my ( person 1) card and someone else ( person 2 ) has got hold of the replacement one, they have then got hold of another persons ( person 3) CC coupons and then scanned my CC in when they used the CC coupons. So it looks like I have used my ( person 1) card to cash in someone elses ( person 3 ) CC coupons, when I haven't.

Confusing I know, and not easy to explain.

So you must know who this person is?

In that case if Tesco investigate you only need to pass on the name of this person saying they have stolen your replacement clubcard and used it for fraudulent means.

I dont know who has my card, but the coupons belonged to a friend, so it could be said, that I could have got hold of the coupons, and used them.

the best thing is for you and your friend to contact tesco and tell them your card has been intercepted in the post, hence you requested a replacement and your friend needs to report the usage of their clubcard vouchers.
