Short answer is YES.
It helps to know if you want to order on-line or in-store, if the latter - check if wanted items are in stock, order the approppriate exchange vouchers at the CSD and go through to till with selected items and exchange tokens.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -
Are you sure you are not looking on the credit card account - because you are quoting '£' signs rather than points!?
So it will say you have 'xxxx' points which = £xx in vouchers.
You can have minus points for a short time - in relation e.g. to a refund, or even a points deduction from CC fraud dept!
To check it out further give CC a call.
What is the credit card account? I have been looking at "My Clubcard" where it says your current points total is -758 value in clubcard points is £-7.00(as at today) This is on the page where you can get a breakdown of your vouchers from the last two mailings. etc.and all the information about clubcard points is.
When I go to "My Account" which shows all my orders etc. and I click on clubcard account there it is showing 4470 points value of £44.00.
I have not returned anything so no points should be deducted and as for the CC fraud whats that all about!!
I have had something similar happen before (although not a negative balance!)and when I rang Cs they said their system was showing the higher amount and not to worry about it.0 -
No, there are different types of vouchers, TPS i.e. Tesco Personal Finance -e.g. credit card or insurance points, CC - standard Clubcard points, XC - Christmas Club 'top-up' vouchers.
If you had points from insurance premium, these may not be enough to equal the £0.50 voucher for that, in which case the points would be carried forward to the next period.
Alternatively, if you just have ordinary points, it may be that the points total you are looking at includes points that were added just after the 'cut-off' point, and these will be in current points total rather than in the previous one - within the voucher value.
Thanks for this - I have got my statement now and understand. Apparently I have 40 points from Tesco Bank. I didn't realise as I haven't used the card for over a year, but I suppose they have just been rolling on as they aren't enough for a voucher.
So how many more of the Bank points do I need to get a voucher? Just 10? Or is there a minimum voucher size they issue?
Or if someone can point me at where this is explained on the Tesco site I'll stop asking0 -
Sorry if everyone else knows this, but I have just noticed that the vouchers for redspottedhanky will go down from 3x the face value to twice the face value from 1 December.0

Sorry I misunderstood what you wrote before i.e. when you put ' - ' before a figure I thought you meant a minus amount!
So, if you are going into 'myclubcardaccount' the points there should equal the same as what you see on the 'myaccount' (for on-line orders), unless your are going into the system with different email addresses!?
In 'myclubcardaccount' you can under 'your vouchers' see any unused vouchers, whereas 'myaccount' will just show current points.
Yet, if the points total has a big difference, suggest ring CC, to search via surname & postcode for any cards - whether 'virtual' or 'physical'.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -
What's the most anyone has had in one quarter? A couple of years ago when they were doing 500points on cds before xmas I bought "a few" and got £340 in my next statement! With bonus coupons etc I seem to average about £80-100 now.0

Not sure where to post this, but I wonder whether anyone who has exchanged Clubcard points for Pleasure Beach tickets might help me?
My OH did it in June but for one reason and another we've still not used them. I'm aware that they'll expire soon and the Pleasure Beach is rarely open between now and Christmas.
I've dug out the envelope from Tesco, but am a bit concerned RE the contents. There is a cover letter stating that 2 x 1 day wristband tokens are enclosed, but the only other contents are a sheet of A4 titled "How to use your Pleasure Beach, Blackpool Reward Token" containing instructions/T&Cs. There is no barcode or anything on this sheet, which makes me think that the tokens themselves are missing?:(
Can anyone recall what the tokens looked like?0 -
Hello guys, I would be grateful for some advice please.
I'm a complete newbie (please be gentle) and have just spent my vouchers on groceries in the past as i've not fathomed out how to use them and have always needed the vouchers for my food shopping. But this year I've been saving them up with the intention of using them for my 14 year old son for christmas. I have £100 of vouchers saved. What would be the best way to spend them to get max benefit. I'm pretty low on funds this xmas so I was hoping they would help me buy him a decent present as I am reluctant to use credit or go overdrawn! Any ideas would be helpful. Thank you in advance0 -

the best thing to do, would be to spend half an hour, just looking through all the deals on the clubcard website.
tbh there isnt much that is suitable for a child on their own, unless you live near one of the theme parks and they would use an annual pass
maybe a nice watch or some jewellery from Goldsmiths, or clothing vouchers for getthelabel? or you can get tickets to sporting events or the cinema or a magazine subscription
the double up on rewards would get some nice aftershave
if you are low on funds, then maybe just use them instore to buy your food (i know its not the way to maximise their use), but at least you could then use the cash you would have spent on food, to buy him exactly what he wants from any shop

What should have been a 10 minute job has so far taken me just under 3 1/2 hours and I am still not there!!!! The website obviously cannot cope with the amount of traffic and is constantly crashing tonight. I tried to use doubled up vouchers to buy a phone for £39.97 , I used 4 x £ 5 doubled up to £40 however it will not accept them as I haven't spent enough , it will not let me lose the 3p so I have to add another voucher and buy another phone as it does not accept it against accessories grrrr. Also as my order with other items too amounted to just under £90 I tried using the £10 off order of £75 or over but it says I have not spent enough , has anybody else managed to use this voucher code and the Christmas double up ones , I cannot see anywhere that you can't ? Not having a good night with Tesco !!!!!!0
