Just used all mu £91 on rewards, Spent £60 on eating out thats £240 worth of free meals,

Not quite sure how you work out £240 of free meals. To get £60 worth of meal vouchers, you would have had to exchange £15 of Points tokens.

Maybe it is something I am not quite understanding?

Clubcard points have gone from my online account but no vouchers received in the post yet - is this normal? I thought they were going out a while ago.

Vouchers could arrive anytime between the 1st &14th Nov., but if you can see the points have changed on your 'on-line account' you should be able to see them - clip on 'Your Viuchers' in myclubcardaccount.

why would that make a difference? aren't all points counted towards your vouchers? if not, what happens to them?
I only have points from spending at Tesco anyway (these may be both instore and petrol, I'm not sure).

No, there are different types of vouchers, TPS i.e. Tesco Personal Finance -e.g. credit card or insurance points, CC - standard Clubcard points, XC - Christmas Club 'top-up' vouchers.

If you had points from insurance premium, these may not be enough to equal the £0.50 voucher for that, in which case the points would be carried forward to the next period.
Alternatively, if you just have ordinary points, it may be that the points total you are looking at includes points that were added just after the 'cut-off' point, and these will be in current points total rather than in the previous one - within the voucher value.

Hi all, hubby and I have received our November statement and I noticed I don't have the usual additional coupons e.g. 25 points when you spend Quorn etc. I just have my usual vouchers.

Hubby on the other hand has the usual lot, including £4 off £40 spend etc.

An error or has this happened to others?

No 1 Catman can you help me out please?

I doubled up last august but the change points were not put back on my account. Customer services have said they will put them on for the next statement. I have just checked my balance to see if they have gone on and it is showing as -£8.00!! (Should be around £44.00)

    Any ideas?

    Thanks
