I doubled up last august but the change points were not put back on my account. Customer services have said they will put them on for the next statement. I have just checked my balance to see if they have gone on and it is showing as -£8.00!! (Should be around £44.00)
Any ideas?
Thanks
I have read/heard there have been 'problems' with the 'change' from the August Exchange.
While normally it would've been included in this mailing, it seems due to technical problems it won't be till the next one!! As a result points may not go on until January.
Have you still got all the paperwork - i.e. that says points in change? You could send that off to Dundee head office (keep copies) with a covering letter, to expedite matters.
Otherwise keep an eye on you points total, receipts and/or on-line.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -

Yes I have been keeping an eye on my points balance. My receipt balance showed £44 yesterday but the balance on line has gone down to -£8???
Have you got any idea why my account would be showing a negative balance all of a sudden? Is this a technical issue?0 -

Firstly - I thought the 'minus' wasn't that but a dash/hyphen!
If the MCA is just in you name you should be able to go to points details or your points (can't remember the exact title) and see recent transactions.
Have you returned anything recently - resulting in a points deduction?
The points on-line is probably the most up to date. Does it apply to the same card?I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -

The clubcard account is in joint names. I have never been able to see any recent transactions.
I have not returned anything and I only have one card which is a credit card/clubcard.
(When I go onto 'My Account' and click on My Clubcard the balance is showing as £44 but when I go directly to My Clubcard account and points balance it is showing the negative -£8)??0 -

If Tesco's helpline have said you can't do it, then I think you'll just have to write it off to experience...Now proud Mumto3 :j0 -
Am trying to take advantage of this offer but am just wondering what happens if there are items on my shopping list that are unavailable (and so my shop costs less than £50). Does this negate the £15 off? I don't really want to do all this and then find I'm not saving anything0

I have £31 as a voucher. I would like to use this for the phone department and small electrical. Can I get them to say send me £10 voucher to double up in small electricals and £20 voucher to double up in phones, and credit remaining £1 to my account?0

Are you sure you are not looking on the credit card account - because you are quoting '£' signs rather than points!?
So it will say you have 'xxxx' points which = £xx in vouchers.
You can have minus points for a short time - in relation e.g. to a refund, or even a points deduction from CC fraud dept!
To check it out further give CC a call.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0
