Hi, I atempted to exchange £45 of clubcard vouchers to in store toy vouchers, £90. I entered all the codes but it came up with some sort of error and when I tried again it said the codes had been used.
I have had no confirmation email and the codes are still in my account and saying they have been unused.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem?0 -

Exactly the same thing has just happened to me.
Now I have no idea whether it worked or not as nothing shows in the MyExchanges section.
As weebubbles says, anyone know what's up?
TIA

Thanks
It doesn't look like it
I wondered the same thing the other day and had a look on the website to find out, but it states that the current collection period runs from end Oct to end Jan so it doesn't seem like they'll be doing the extra Christmas mailing and vouchers this year
From CC website:
Current collection period 23/10/11 - 28/01/12
The final date for collecting any points is 28/01/12 for the February statement0 -
I had a similar problem, I tried to exchange 2 £5 vouchers for EON rewards to get £15 off my EON bill but only 1 was accepted. When I complained I was told someone I didn't know in another part of the country must have entered the code by mistake. After 3 weeks of phone calls and emails to Tesco I eventually was emailed a code today but by then it wasn't excepted by EON because Tesco missed EON's deadline for codes to be redeemed by 9 hours, so I am now £7.50 down on the deal.weebubbles wrote: »Hi, I atempted to exchange £45 of clubcard vouchers to in store toy vouchers, £90. I got all excited there, thinking they may have been doing a Christmas mailing after all, but having just checked my own account, my points balance is still as it should be, so it doesn't look like this is the case. I don't know what's happened in your case, may be worth giving CC helpline a ring?? x0 -
I don't normally follow the points online, and just rely on the statement telling me correctly. However, today when I was in the queue two people in front of me didn't have a Clubcard. The cashier (who I know) asked the first one if she minded if I could have her points, she was happy, and the guy behind her said I could have his as well. Result! I would just like to see them appear. I think they spent about £50+ between them.Thank you for reading this message.0
