  • Can someone tell me what I am supposed to do with my Goldsmith vouchers?
I ordered some and they arrived in the post today.
The top right says "token serial" 7xxxxxx

Can i take this directly to Goldsmith and make my purchase OR
do i need to go to Tesco customer service desk, exchange them for PROPER Goldsmith vouchers. then spend them?

I did tell them of my change of address - after checking my account it seems that the EON points have been going on. But no points from credit card are showing on my clubcard for the last few months which is a bit worrying as I have been spending on it......

Probably means that your Clubcard & your credit card are not linked i.e. you'll get two statements, one with your ordinary clubcard points, and another with your Credit card (T.P.F) points on .. if it doesn't arrive by the 15th by all means querry it.
I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard
  • Hi,

Ive shopped on line once before for my groceries. Does anyone know where i can find a £10/15 off order code? This is going to sound cheeky :D,I know they normally say your first order so if my son was to register would he be able to get £10/15 off his first order or is it per address.

    Thank you

I can't help you with codes, but your son could register & qualify as a new customer.

  • Hi

Hoping someone can help - I had £79 of points saved up and spent them online a few weeks back to order hotel vouchers. I have received them no probs. Today I received the £79 in vouchers in my statement. Do these just become invalid?

    Thanks

  • I could do with some help regarding writing a letter of complaint to Tescos.. im not very good with words! Its regarding the double up points.
I was in the cosmetics section this morning and asked a man who worked there if I want to double up my points can I take them to the till when I pay for the cashier to double them up. He said yes, take them to the till.
I took my things to the counter along with other shopping and passed the girl the voucher saying "can i double that up please". She swiped my shopping and it wasnt until I paid I thought it was fairly expensive! When I checked my reciept it hadnt been doubled, I'd paid full.
I went to customer services and explained that a member of staff had told me I could double up my voucher when I paid. Customer services explained I had to come to the customer service desk to double up and that the member of staff must not have known about the voucher scheme???!!!!. I told him I realised that once i'd paid and made my way over to customer services!
Because i'd used the vouchers there was nothing they could do - but surely it wasnt my fault!!! If the member of staff wasnt sure he shouldnt have assumed by sending me to the till.

Im quite upset and want to complain to Tescos. Are there any draft letter templates on this forum/website?

    thankyou :)

Don't know of any templates, basically write what you've written on here, sounds ok to me. Just email customer services, if you don't get any joy from them contact the Complaints Dept.

On another subject just had a phone call saying my voucher that expires on 31st Aug will be credited back to my account as a 'one off good will gesture' as they don't credit expiring vouchers!! I mentioned that I'd had other vouchers credited back but she insisted they don't do it and two years is plenty of time to spend them. I have vouchers running out in November so I asked if I purchased a deal and then didn't use the deal voucher could I have that credited back and she said 'no' (I've done that in the past too). I'm saving for a holiday and still don't have enough vouchers, now I'll have even less.
