I've just checked the clubcard history and it says "CHANGE FROM REWARDS"
Can anyone tell me what this means?

My sis bought some milk for £2 at the self check outs on 14th July... the machine ran out of paper.. so she didn't get a receipt.
It says "CHANGE FROM REWARDS - 250 points" ?

I think it will be from when you've redeemed vouchers. For example - if you bought a reward for £25 but had £30 in vouchers, would show as 500 points change.
It all depends what denominations your vouchers come in, whether you can make the amount you need exactly or have to 'overpay'.
Hope this helps (& makes sense :p)

My mother exchanged some clubcard vouchers for Bella Italia restaurant vouchers a few hours ago to use at Centre Parcs - until I told her that they aren't valid there! There isn't a Bella Italia anywhere near us. Is there any way she can cancel the exchange order? She did it online. I had a look online and couldn't find any info.

Any help is greatly appreciated as its for £60 of vouchers!!!

    Thankyou.

EDIT: Tried going into her account and cancelling but it comes up with an error page (a Tesco branded "we're sorry, we couldn't find the page you requested") when trying to confirm the cancellation.

You're probably best contacting the customer services for Tesco Clubcard and seeing if they can cancel it that way. Their number is 0800 591 688. Theres an email tab link on this page too: http://www.tesco.com/clubcard/clubcard/contact.asp

can someone check my maths for me?
Tesco sent me and email with codes for extra 200 points for 3 £50 shops online and if i use all three codes and extra 400 points - so if i do it all 1000

so if i do three online shops between now and 4th sept (i would normally only have done 1) i would spend £6 more on delivery than normal

but that £6 would get me £10 in vouchers which is £30 in deals (im saving for a wedding ring so i need about £100 in vouchers for my ring)

is that right? i spend £6 and get £30 in deals?

Well, if you'd normally do another 1 shop then you'd get an extra 200 points just for doing nothing extra, so if you do another 3 shops you'd only be getting another 800 points extra which x3 = £24 of vouchers for an extra £6 delivery charges.

You will also need to factor in that you will have spent an extra £100 on groceries. Whether you can make them stretch to the same length of time as you'd normally have £100 stretch without spending any extra is something you'll need to work out yourself.

    It's only a game
