Hiya

Just wondering how long it normally takes for deal vouchers to arrive. I ordered £60 of Prezzo vouchers last Monday (20th), got an email that night at 11pm saying they've been dispatched but no sign yet. I know Tesco wont look into it til 14 days. Hoped to go out for hubbies bday this Saturday, hmm might have to be McDonalds ;)

Thanks

I exchanged some vouchers online for some discount codes to use against Megabus tickets. Its not quite the same as your vouchers as you'll get yours thru the post lyk but I got an email pretty much within 24hrs with the dicsount codes on.

I often buy Megabus tickets for a train London to Portsmouth which can cost as little as £1. Don't think I need more of a discount !!!

Does anyone know if, after booking and paying a deposit for a Cosmos holiday, it's possible to exchange vouchers for more Rewards to use towards paying off the balance? Probably not but wondered if anyone's been successful.

T&C's on website say not

"Your rewards tokens are only valid on new bookings"

"You cannot add more rewards tokens to your booking at a later date, so please enclose all your Rewards tokens for this booking"

There is also a limit of max £300 per person so your £450 per head is above this anyway.

Hi, quick question that I would be really grateful if anyone could answer please:

I would like to convert some Tesco points into 1) Red Spotted Hanky codes for one return ticket, and 2) A 16-25 railcard. I need to buy approx. £30 worth but only have £25 of Clubcard vouchers. (These are all done online)

My Mum is more than willing to give me a few of her vouchers to use, but I know that for the Railcard I need to use my vouchers as the reward is printed with my name.

Are the Red Spotted Hanky codes specific to the person who converts them, or are they like Amazon codes where you just enter the code on any account? Could I cash in some of my vouchers and some of my mum's (using our respective accounts) and use both on the same transaction?

Any help much appreciated!

Hi all, hope some of you maybe able to help. I have never bothered keeping an eye over the years. On my clubcard, in fact i had one that i must of put thousands of points on and never claimed a penny. Then i never spent the coupons when they came through the post.
Anyhow last year Tesco ripped me off with a load of bonus points, on the clothing offer. I still have not kept an eye on the points. But i have been spending quite a bit online lately. I have 2 cards one that i cannot remember the number for which is already registered when i do groceries and Tesco.direct. The other is for when i am in shops, spending on Tesco entertainment, clothing, partners account etc. Which there has been lots of bonus points and spending.
I have just checked online and not one of the online transactions are showing in the clubcard account.
So the point of my question is to you more savvy people is. Are they added on at a later date the online transactions? Or should they be showing?, and have i been ripped off again? Thanks in advance for your help.

Sounds like you have more than the two accounts you think you have. How many email addresses have you? You may have a 'virtual' card on each one. That is the card you are looking at on 'myclubcardaccount' is on one email address whilst your orders are on another one!

Options:

Ring Tesco Direct - opt for option 4 - 'after sales' quote an order no and they can tell you the full Clubcard no attached to it.

Ring Clubcard - give your physical card no i.e. the one you use in-store, and ask to check for any unused vouchers - because you don't have any (if you do say which ones). They'll cancel them all and convert them back to points in your current total.

Next quote the CC no. you've been given - check what points have been recently added re: your recent deliveries.

Also ask if they are any other 'accounts' in your name (have you change address at all in the last few years). If so get them merged together.

Hi there thanks for the response.
The one on Myclubcardaccount i registered it myself. I have veiwed it and it has all the points there for all the instore purchases.
But when i purchase something online ie tesco entertainment and it asks me to enter my clubcard i have always entered it. Also if it is my partners account as well because we both use the same clubcard rather than have two seperate ones. None of them transactions are showing not one.

Do you and your partner have a joint account with clubcard? That is cards in each name, but statement/vouchers addressed to you both.
If not - then why should your partners transactions whether his/her card show up on your details on 'myclubcardaccount' - they wouldn't. Does it show up, on his/her 'myclubcardaccount'?

Alternatively, the second card is yours, but it is not linked to the other card.

Suggest ring Clubcard - ask to check if there are any other cards at the address apart from the one in your hand, and if so merge them.
