    Hey

Dunno if what my sister said is correct. She said I can go to customer services and add money to my clubcard christmas points? I am using all my points to change to airmiles! Can I do this?xx

You can if you're a Christmas Saver but you'll get that money back as Tesco vouchers that you can only use on shopping. You won't be able to change those for airmiles.

As I'm a new user I can't post links but there's a page on the Tesco website explaining the Christmas saver club :)

25 points when you buy this or that, 50p of so and so, etc.
We've got 5 accounts and do different shops with different clubcards so we get loads of extra vouchers / coupons. It also means you can be a 'new' ;) customer and take advantage of some of the promotions they do for newbies to T's :D

That's a matter of choice whether it's worth keeping track of the various CCs and the complications.
    That is:
    - knowing which one hasn't arrived if you don't have all the statements,
    - when reading your statements, and having to remember what origins of points are in which e.g. mobile, E.on, Direct, recycling, and credit card,
    - if you lose a physical card, which account was it,
    - more than one 'virtual card', each one has to have a different email address,
    - if you change address, too many people forget to change their physical cards let alone other separate virtual cards.
-and, not all statements get extra promotional points.

You're probably best contacting the customer services for Tesco Clubcard and seeing if they can cancel it that way. Their number is 0800 591 688. Theres an email tab link on this page too: http://www.tesco.com/clubcard/clubcard/contact.asp

If you had scrolled further down, on the web page - you'd find that the no. for reward queries is 0808 1000 707 at Tesco Freetime. The other no. above is the main admin no for points, personal details, and MCA info.

I have been saving my clubcard vouchers to pay for some bits and pieces for our wedding next year. I had hoped to spend them at Moss Bros on suit hire. However Moss Bros now seem to have disappeared from the site.
I'm sure I also had a letter from Tescos about 6 months ago, saying that Ernest Jones and H Samuels were also joining the Clubcard scheme, and I'd be able to redeem my points there. Neither of these retailers seem to be on the clubcard site.

I am aware Goldsmiths are still on there, but they seem relatively expensive.

Does anyone happen to know what has happened to Moss Bros, and did anyone else get a letter about Ernest Jones and H Samuels or did I dream it?!

Thanks in advance for any replies :)

Hi everyone, I'm currently saving up points to put towards a lovely holiday next year. As well as having the normal Tesco Clubcard, I also have a Tesco Credit Card and I have an EON electricity tarriff that also allows me to collect points. Can I just check how/when the points are credited onto your clubcard account? Is it quarterly and is it after a bill/balance has been paid off? Just asking this as I don't think I've had anything paid for my credit card (which I have had quite a large balance outstanding on...don't worry it's 0% and I've paid it off now) and have only just signed up with EON when I moved house.

    Thanks

Don't know if anyone had posted this - got a £1 money off voucher for oral-B toothpaste in the latest clubcard mailshot but some of their brands are reduced to 50p each, then it's effectively 2 free tubes.

E.ON points will get allocated to the card no you give E.ON, though there may be a time lag with the date of the Invoice and it appearing on the MCA transactions. Two other points to bear in mind, if you pay by chq - you must pay within two weeks in order to get your points. And secondly if you quote the no on your Tesco credit clubcard - make sure it is the clubcard no on the bottom by your name i.e. 63400490?????? and not the credit card - as when E.on send the details to CC it won't be recognised.
Also, the CC pts via your credit card is conditional on your spending, not if and when you pay it off.
I trust you told CC of your change of address!??

I did tell them of my change of address - after checking my account it seems that the EON points have been going on. But no points from credit card are showing on my clubcard for the last few months which is a bit worrying as I have been spending on it......
