Can a Goldsmiths deals voucher be used in Smith & Jones restaurants?

No, if it says 'Goldsmiths' that's what you ordered, that's what it's for.
It's like having a theatre ticket for one show, and wanting to use it for a different theatre. And incidentally the analogy is appropriate with dates. If you have a token that is still in-date, the 'performance' hasn't happened the space freed up by a cancelled token can still be used. But if out of date, the token now has no value the 'performace/event' has gone - so no points!

My current CC points total seems very high (not complaining) so are we near a cut-off point soon?

The final date for collecting any points is 23/07/11 for the August statement.

    Taken from the Clubcard website.

Can anyone advise me noticed on rewards page they do senior railcards for £14 as my elderly parents don't drive was going to get these as they travel to Scotland atleast once a year to see family, but can we order the deal token then order the railcards for them on line which I think is how we have to order them but just don't know as deal tokens will be in our surname, Just wondering if anyone here has had any experience ordering these TIA

We've had one Clubcard between the two of us for ages, about a year ago I opened the Clubcard credit card and got some points on that as I booked a holiday on it. I've currently got £10 in vouchers from that, but I don't use it any more and I'm going to cancel it once I've used up the points.

Is there any way of combining the 2 accounts so we've got all our points in one place?

    Thanks!

Just ring the clubcard helpline - they should be able to sort it out.

Most of us keep them seperate so we can have extra vouchers with the statements ;)

    Which vouchers are those then?

I just thought it might be better to have everything in one place so we could redeem the points for something more expensive. I'm new to redeeming Clubcard vouchers so not sure how it all works!

25 points when you buy this or that, 50p of so and so, etc.
We've got 5 accounts and do different shops with different clubcards so we get loads of extra vouchers / coupons. It also means you can be a 'new' ;) customer and take advantage of some of the promotions they do for newbies to T's :D

I've just checked the clubcard history and it says "CHANGE FROM REWARDS"
Can anyone tell me what this means?

My sis bought some milk for £2 at the self check outs on 14th July... the machine ran out of paper.. so she didn't get a receipt.
It says "CHANGE FROM REWARDS - 250 points" ?
