Sorry this really confuses me, I was looking at the 'convert £5 of vouchers into £10 clothing rewards tokens' so if I did that now, could I spend them after today? Thought the clothing ones were 'e-coupons'? The website is running too slow for me to do anything anyway.

I am not sure, but would have thought that if you have the clothing tokens online, then you have them to use them. Try reloading the site if it is running slow (and everything else is okay). I suppose you have nothing to loose if it doesn't work.

I've just tried to order the rac roadside recovery home and onward travel joint by entering rac in the search bar and it comes up £66.

I put £66.50 worth of vouchers in and it got to the payment page then said there is a problem with your order if it persits please phone customer services.

I then tried to go through again and it came up that all my vouchers had been used and it said we have removed them from your basket

I tried again and its saying they have all been used £66.50 worth

There are 2 types of rac rewards on the tesco site one for tesco/rac and one for just rac recovery just as its always been. the tesco/rac one works out much more money though. could it be that the rac one on its own should really have been removed? And what will happen to the vouchers can they give them back straight away as I wont have enough to order again without them. I hope I havent lost them.

I just checked all the vouchers i put in and realised that £3.50's worth were from a 2nd account under the same name and address though, just a different email address. Its hardly ever been used, £3.50 is the only vouchers worth its ever made since it was opened about 5 years ago. What do you think will happen when I ring tomorrow could they take my all my vouchers off me from either account? I dont mind losing the £3.50 one but theres about £90 to lose in the other one including the ones that have just been put in for the rac that they say have been used now even though the rac order has not gone through.
    Thanx

  • I noticed that I didn't get very many points this statement for my spends on the Clubcard Credit card. I have one of the original ones and used to get 1 point for every £2 spent outside Tesco. Has this changed? (I know the recent cards only gave 1 point per £4 spent outside Tesco, but they maintained the £2 for previous cardholders). I've looked on Tesco.com but they only mention the £4 now and I'm sure I didn't receive anything saying it would change.

Just checked mine online and it looks about right- should still be 1 point for every £2 on the old Platinum card. Remember, the most recent statment is only for 4 weeks spending with it being in time for christmas.

Other than the amount of points I'm not sure - it all depends on when you took it out.
When I got mine it was a Tesco Platinum Credit Card not a Clubcard Credit Card
