i just recieved a clubcard statement this morning with all my points,
online it says ive 0,
also got some extra points vouchers like 25points on fruit etc

typical...rewards value changes today...guess when my Tesco vouchers came in the post...that's right...this morning...what's more I see Goldsmiths now only accept in multiples of £5.00, it had been £2.50...just my luck....lol...
One of mine (I still have the three accounts!) came in the post on Friday - but someone (looks daggers at children) put the pile of post somewhere and didn't actually tell me about it until today. Grrrr!0 -
:mad: i just got off the phone to clubcard customer services who told me that the vouchers can now still be spent until wednesday
not a lot of help to me when there isnt anything i want or need to buy!!
In-store yesterday they told me that i could phone customer service to get unused reward vouchers put back on my clubard- after trying all morning to get through i now get told that they cant so i now have completely useless vouchers grrrrrI’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Health & Beauty, Greenfingered Moneysaving and How Much Have You Saved boards. You should have had vouchers for November between the 5th &18th. There was a short time (to ensure they were available for the 4x & double-up) when reissues were arranged, also if that was missed, rollovers could be added to the Christmas mailing.

Does anyone know how many times the double up promotion had come into effect previously? I remember in 2009 that was on for a bit longer. Also has it been on during the course of this year excluding the current promotion.

In 2009 the double-up promotion was on for longer, it even got extended into another mailing. Whereas the one earlier this year was for a short time. And, after all the complaints from Xmas saver people, we have had another one now recently -lasting about a month. Seems quite likely that there'll be more next year - with the depts included continuing to be varied.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -
I wouldn't worry too much about the new clubcard online system as it is still suffering from teething problems. It showed me having only 50% of the vouchers that I had actually had. I called clubcard to query this and went through all the vouchers that I had and they said that is what they have against my account. With regards to the points you see on your account, again the new system does not accurately show what you actually have. Always best checking your till reciept, mine shows up with many more points than online. Tesco need to sort this out as it will be worrying a lot of customers.
Re: vouchers - you may have more than one clubcard account, e.g. credit card clubcard, clubcard, on-line clubcard. Do you have more than one statement in your name? If your wish Clubcard can link them together.
Re: points- receipt totals are always delayed in getting updated during a mailing period, so the on-line figure would be right. You will have current points - after the 27th Nov & Dec voucher value from 24th Oct to 27th Nov.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -

I think if the store phone clubcard while you are there, and confirm the exchange voucher hasn't been used, Clubcard may then be able to add points back on, maybe send them back to head office, but if there's nothing you want - why exchange them?I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -

I did have more than one account. However, these were merged a long time ago. All my current vouchers have only one account name on them and thankfully when I called them they confirmed all the vouchers that I had in possession. It was bizarre they weren't showing up online. I've now exchanged them successfully.
I was interested in buying a laptop for my daughter but initially could not find it in stock for which I had enough vouchers to buy in full (years of collecting lol) I then exchanged them for partner rewards on Saturday but noticed later in our local store that they had it in stock. Really gutted that I couldn't get this. I know I still got rewards at 4 times the value of my vouchers but I bought them in the knowledge that they would only be worth 3 times the value from today. I called clubcard cs to see if anything could be done to change my order to double up vouchers and they told me to speak to rewards people/line. However, that has been engaged all weekend and today. Not sure it will be any good as the promotion has officially ended (although ecoupons will be honoured until the 8th).
If only I could find out if there will be another double up promotion soon then I'd probably change my rewards vouchers back as points for the february mailing. It will be risky as I could lose vouchers that I had exchanged at 4x times my cc vouchers.

I have emailed CS but I doubt anything will come back off it. I have resigned myself to the thought that nothing will come of it :-(
There were 2 of us who split the vouchers down the middle- i struggled to find stuff but I did in the end, but the other one didnt and its his vouchers that I have landed up with. You would think that 2 people would find £60's worth of stuff between them wouldnt you?!
TBH when they told me that CS would be able to do it, they were probably trying to fob me off after I had queued for the 2nd time for about 20 mins- there was a massive long queue behind me and they just wanted to get it down

We saved the clubcard vouchers all year for christmas. I get it into my head that it would be the best idea and get the most moneys worth by doubling up, and now we have vouchers and nowt to do with them!
