Thanks Poppyoscar, I really hope so but I'm with you wouldn't hold my breath though. I reckon they should have kept the double up promotion up until Christmas. The fact that rewards value came down at the same time as the end of the double up meant a huge rush from us all (can't balme us) quite a few of us were saving up some of the big rewards. Tesco should have saw this coming.

Hi n01catman, I tried the 0808 1000 707 but I got the automated message explaining the situation over the weekend and the fact that people could try and post their vouchers (pre Decemeber 2010) and they will be honoured 4x the value. It then went to an engaged tone rather than a series of options. Rather frustrating0

It's been nearly 3 weeks since my dispatch email regarding my Goldsmiths Rewards vouchers...should I hold tight? Could they be delayed because of the weather? ANyone else experiencing similar delays?
I ordered some blockbuster and bella italia vouchers online about 3 weeks ago with our clubcard vouchers and they still havent turned up. The online acc is saying the vouchers were used online but had no email or voucers either0 -

I just called and was told because of the high value and the weather they have been delayed but should be with me at some point this week. Fingers crossed as it is for a Christmas present and it's getting a bit close to re-order them!Anna :beer:0 -
Just called the tesco clubcard helpline on 0800591688. There is an automated message on option 1 (rewards), It appears that for those who were unable to get their vouchers successfully online can post their vouchers to get their them exchanged for 4 times the value. It then goes onto an engaged tone. I wanted to speak to a real person to explain my situation from my earlier post above re: unable to get double up rewards.
Has anyone managed to speak to a person on the rewards line today?

I don't know for sure but when I was instore on sunday when I changed up I was told I had exactly 26 mins to check out and after that I would not be able to use them.
Also on the wine section they were telling customers that they should go to the checkout straightaway with their purchase if they wanted to double up so I think it was going to go off their system at 4.00 on the dot.
They may of course extended it since then.0
