Darn....
Oh well too late now, and probably if we'd ordered two we never would have got them given how much is going missing the Royal Mail backlog not to mention Tesco underestimating how many people wanted to convert...0 -
Sorry if this is in the wrong place! I saw Martin on telly speaking about this in November and did the check and found I had £17 of unused vouchers, I wanted to use them instore as I cannot shop for groceries online as they do not accept my cooperative visa debit card. I called them and they said that they would add them to any points I had and they would be issed in the December mailing, great I thought.
Got my mailing today and I have £5.00 in vouchers!! Am I missing something here when I go back on the site the vouchers have dissapeared and it says I have £2.00 to be sent out next time??
Any help appreciated, many thanks.

So I have been saving the points for ages now but have been coerced into exchanging them before I wanted to as the 4X rate was going. Now I have £2600 goldsmiths vouchers and I don't really know what to do with them. I was planning on saving up £4.5k for a particular watch but I guess I can't now.
Any advice.....?0 -

I doubled up some vouchers to buy a kettle from Tesco direct (£5 - £10 for a £19 kettle).
Got the kettle home and it's faulty. I want to exchange it for another one, but will I be able to with that voucher involved? I don't want to end up paying more.
The fact that you've used a voucher is irrelevant, if it's faulty return it (and packing - box etc) together with the receipt, and CSD will exchange it for you.
The voucher is just another means of paying for it.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -
Hi everyone, not sure I'm posting in the right place (sorry if I'm not) but I have a question concerning a clubcard bonus coupon. The coupon in question is for 500 extra points if you sign up to Tesco's DVD rental service. The first 14 days are free, then the basic charge is 3.73 after this trial period. It states that this can be cancelled at any time.
My question is this: Can I sign up, collect the 500 points and then cancel the subscription within the 14 day free trial period and not incur any costs?
Bonus points for these sort of promotions don't go on straight away, e.g. bonuses for Motor Ins can take four to six weeks to go on -- just in case the policy is cancelled. Seems likely to be the same here, after all it is to promote the DVD rental ......I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -

When did you call them? Was it before or after the 27th Nov? If a rollover was done up to the 26th Nov - as you were told - it should have been in the Dec mailing.
Suggest giving them a call, may have been a 'technical hitch' with the process. Pity not to have it till the Feb mailing, but better that then not at all!!I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -
The iTunes rewards is now active. Just grabbed myself one token. Hurray, these are disappearing fast started with only 16000. Currently 9242 left and going fast.0

You don't have to use these in Goldsmiths... you can use them for any reward that isn't "buy in full" so you could e.g. use them for hotel or restaurants. Or you could still use them as part payment in Goldsmiths if you wanted to pay towards the watch, or else use them for other items from there such as gifts???0
