Hi no1catman, Thanks for the info (for both posts).

I did have more than one account. However, these were merged a long time ago. All my current vouchers have only one account name on them and thankfully when I called them they confirmed all the vouchers that I had in possession. It was bizarre they weren't showing up online. I've now exchanged them successfully.

I was interested in buying a laptop for my daughter but initially could not find it in stock for which I had enough vouchers to buy in full (years of collecting lol) I then exchanged them for partner rewards on Saturday but noticed later in our local store that they had it in stock. Really gutted that I couldn't get this. I know I still got rewards at 4 times the value of my vouchers but I bought them in the knowledge that they would only be worth 3 times the value from today. I called clubcard cs to see if anything could be done to change my order to double up vouchers and they told me to speak to rewards people/line. However, that has been engaged all weekend and today. Not sure it will be any good as the promotion has officially ended (although ecoupons will be honoured until the 8th).

If only I could find out if there will be another double up promotion soon then I'd probably change my rewards vouchers back as points for the february mailing. It will be risky as I could lose vouchers that I had exchanged at 4x times my cc vouchers.

    Here's hoping.

I asked the same question when I doubled up in store yesterday. The guy who served me said he thought they would be doing one as early as feb next year when the next rewards mailing goes out, but I would not count on it, they might change their minds after this last fiasco!.

Thanks Poppyoscar, I really hope so but I'm with you wouldn't hold my breath though. I reckon they should have kept the double up promotion up until Christmas. The fact that rewards value came down at the same time as the end of the double up meant a huge rush from us all (can't balme us) quite a few of us were saving up some of the big rewards. Tesco should have saw this coming.

It's been nearly 3 weeks since my dispatch email regarding my Goldsmiths Rewards vouchers...should I hold tight? Could they be delayed because of the weather? ANyone else experiencing similar delays?

I have no advance info., but I wouldn't be surprised if Tesco did another extra mailing like this in March i.e. Easter - with Voucher Exchange.
Xmas savers beware, if you want to participate you must go out before the cut off point, otherwise it's the next mailing.

Really surprised to get my latest Clubcard statement today, seeing as the cut off date was only last Sunday!! I'm normally one of the last to get mine!

For any changes to be effective for a mailing whether it is merging different accounts (or separating a joint one), change of address, or opting out of Ecoupons or the Xmas club - it needs to be done before the 'cut off point' i.e. the last collection day.

Just called the tesco clubcard helpline on 0800591688. There is an automated message on option 1 (rewards), It appears that for those who were unable to get their vouchers successfully online can post their vouchers to get their them exchanged for 4 times the value. It then goes onto an engaged tone. I wanted to speak to a real person to explain my situation from my earlier post above re: unable to get double up rewards.

Has anyone managed to speak to a person on the rewards line today?

That is the main no for Clubcard, but Tesco Freetime are handling both the Reward & Voucher Exchange promotions - 0808 1000 707, and yes, it is busy, option 3 for voucher exchange, option 4 for reward enquiries, etc.
