I'm in shock! Just tried again and my order went through! Not sure if the person I spoke to did something different to the one you spoke to but, worth another try. I did get a few 'runtime error' messages when I was first trying to get on to the site though.

Hello everyone,

I have just check my clubcard points online and it says I have 13 points on my card. I have never, never used the points on the card and just top up on each purchase. I know for a fact that I got over 2000 points recently for buying a laptop, printer ink (on special offer), groceries, etc. I have all the receipts to prove I topped up the club card. However, I didn't look at them properly and now I have checked, all the receipts show the clubcard points at 102 regardless of the day or points added!!! What's going on? What can I do

Does anyone know how many times the double up promotion had come into effect previously? I remember in 2009 that was on for a bit longer. Also has it been on during the course of this year excluding the current promotion.

It's because you'll be sent some through shortly as vouchers. They send vouchers through quarterly plus they do a Xmas one so you will see your points drop through the year as they don't accumulate on the card. You'll get a statement through shortly with vouchers attached which you can then keep to save towards whatever it is you want, they have an expiry date on them of around 2 years. Ours dropped from a few hundred down to 16 this week so I know we'll be getting a statment through and around £3-4 in vouchers shortly. The 16 points will then keep building until the Feb statement and so on.

I wouldn't worry too much about the new clubcard online system as it is still suffering from teething problems. It showed me having only 50% of the vouchers that I had actually had. I called clubcard to query this and went through all the vouchers that I had and they said that is what they have against my account. With regards to the points you see on your account, again the new system does not accurately show what you actually have. Always best checking your till reciept, mine shows up with many more points than online. Tesco need to sort this out as it will be worrying a lot of customers.

You'll get the 2000 odd points through shortly as vouchers as they are in the process of sending out the xmas statements. What is left on your card will then go towards your feb statement. As I have advised when you posted this elsewhere, the vouchers you get through will then be valid for up to 2 years so you can save them towards something and add on whatever you get from the following statements Feb, May, Aug and Nov. It isn't like Nectar/boots where the points keep building until YOU take them off, TESCO send out quarterly statements and issue vouchers up to the value of points you have collected in that quarter.

Always keep receipts for the big bonus points ones though in case they don't go on. They probably are there and coming shortly, if not you'll need to speak to clubcard and tell them your bonus points for laptop etc aren't showing. Sometimes they have to be reminded....although generally I've had no problems and we use clubcard ALOT!!

I've just tried to order the rac roadside recovery home and onward travel joint by entering rac in the search bar and it comes up £66.

I put £66.50 worth of vouchers in and it got to the payment page then said there is a problem with your order if it persits please phone customer services.

I then tried to go through again and it came up that all my vouchers had been used and it said we have removed them from your basket

I tried again and its saying they have all been used £66.50 worth

There are 2 types of rac rewards on the tesco site one for tesco/rac and one for just rac recovery just as its always been. the tesco/rac one works out much more money though. could it be that the rac one on its own should really have been removed? And what will happen to the vouchers can they give them back straight away as I wont have enough to order again without them. I hope I havent lost them.

Forgot to exchange my vouchers into rewards tokens, oops! Thought I'd exchange them for some clothing tokens but it seems to say I have to convert to rewards (only got 15mins left!) and then spend them in 15mins too is that right?? Can't I convert to rewards at current value and then spend them tomorrow?

Yes, convert them into Reward Vouchers at 4 x the value until tomorrow (not sure if it is midnight or the 'morning'). You won't receive the vouchers for a couple of weeks, so you can't spend them !

Just re-read your post, did you mean change them into the Double Up tokens ? Sorry, in which case I cannot help.
