    Just spent most of the evening trying to convert my clubcard vouchers, kept coming up with an error message. Called the number on the error message and waited 30mins to speak to someone only to be told they had put up the wrong number and can't help.

    Apparantly they're receiving a high number of people trying to convert their vouchers but the website can't cope.

    Been given a number to call tomorrow for clubcard queries (0800 591688). If things are that bad why can't they put a message up on the website?

    I really hope I can get my vouchers converted tomorrow.

    Had that problem last night, just done them this morning with no problem at all.

    that has not yet been converted into coupon
    yet. is there a way I can use the 2000 points
    before the deadline tonight? thanks

    It's working now, managed to get all my vouchers exchanged. I'm so relieved.

  • Sooo frustrated! Been trying all week to exchange my rewards - i have uploaded all my codes, every time i add what i want it comes up with unexpected error message. Now i can finally access my basket/checkout and every time i added a reward (and it came up with unexpected error message) i thought it hadn't done it and entered them again - now i find it added them every time and i have way too many rewards for my voucher amount!!! So i click amend basket and just get unexpected error message (about 100 times of trying!) and now can't check out anything as haven't got enough vouchers to bring the checkout up and can't remove any rewards - arghhhhhhh!!!!!

    No you can only exchange it once you have received the statement with the vouchers attached. What is on your card now will be sent out on the next statement. It isn't like Nectar/Boots where you just take it off as and when you want to.
  • Just got off the phone and apparantly after 20 minutes of them trying to access my basket and amend it 'he can see the problem but can't do anything about it as the technical dept in Scotland isn't open today'. So after a week of trying to checkout my vouchers and hours wasted i'm losing my 4x rate anyway as they won't hounour the rate as 'millions of people are having technical difficulties too and we are all in the same boat'. :(

    Over yesterday and today I managed to use all my vouchers on-line with no problem. I am just left with 2x50p change.
