  • Hi, just a quick question, my magazine subscription (bought with clubcard vouchers) runs out in April, but I want to cash my vouchers in now, if I convert my vouchers today to get the 4x conversion, can I keep the voucher they send me till then and then re-new???

    (was going to re-new my RAC membership too, but then saw the cashback deal on here, will do that rather than use my precious clubcard vouchers!!!)

    It is probably too late, but you could check with the magazine company whether if you used them now, they would just extend your subscription.

    You may find a cheaper subscription using iSubscribe.

    Hi,

    We have purchased a number of large electrical items at a local Extra store which we were expecting to boost the balance of 1840 as at 30/11/10. On checking the balance online last night it showed just over 700 clubcard points :eek: Any idea where the points have vanished and has anyone else experienced missing points recently?

    Found out just now after phoning Mr T that they will be issuing some early vouchers for people to spend at Christmas! Had no idea of this 'til we phoned.

  • I'm having problems too. I was trying to order some rewards (the old deals) and got right to the end, having input my voucher numbers. When I clicked to confirm, I got an error message. I didn't get a confirmation email to say it had gone through, so I tried again. Now the vouchers that I had tried to use but didn't succeed with are saying they are used!

    I have just tried ringing the 0800 number as another helpful poster said they were opening today because of the problems, and it's got an engaged tone!

    I would wait til tomorrow and try again, except the reason I'm doing it today is they're changing the rewards values tomorrow. Shouldn't have left it to the last minute but it just didn't occur to me that everyone would be trying to do it at the same time. Argh!

  • I've been trying to enter my codes all day and every time i get to the last page it errors. Now when i have tried it it tells me the vouchers are no longer valid :
    Sorry, your voucher number CPYB could not be accepted, as this voucher has already been used. Ref: CC09

    I hope this means that even though i didnt get a confirmation that it did in fact go through ok. I will be phoning Tesco tommorow to find out.

    Called the general clubcard line which are open til 6. 0800 591 688

    If you are getting the error message CC09 saying they have been used and haven't got a confirmation email then I doubt your order has gone through. I was told something wrong with their system and he unfroze my "used vouchers". I will try to order online again in an hour.

    So worth trying to call them now if you in same boat. Leaving it until tomorrow will mean 3 x value and not 4 x
  • I've been having the same problem (trying to order rewards and then getting an error message, trying again and then being told i've used the vouchers!) soooooo annoyed, just sent an angry email, not happy with tesco right now !!! :(
