If you are getting the error message CC09 saying they have been used and haven't got a confirmation email then I doubt your order has gone through. I was told something wrong with their system and he unfroze my "used vouchers". I will try to order online again in an hour.
So worth trying to call them now if you in same boat. Leaving it until tomorrow will mean 3 x value and not 4 x

Yes, they're definitely closed. It was ringing at about 4.20pm, but as it seemed I would be waiting a while I hung up to go and get a drink and gey myself settled in for a long wait. When I came back it was engaged. Presumably they put it to that tone to stop them getting further people in their queue, then after 5pm it says it's closed. So annoyed!0

Tried calling again and yes says closed. Customer service agent told me they were open until 6 today. Not too surprised.0

I just rang that number which is for online grocery and wine shopping. She said she couldn't help but went to find one of the clubcard staff. She said she would pass my details to someone who would try and unlock the codes and if I try again around 9 or 10pm and if still having problems ring tomorrow. I'll try later on because I want to get the 4x value! Hope it works. She did say lots of people are having problems.

Can someone tell me when the last Clubcard statement/vouchers should have been sent out? It's been months since we last had one (August, I think). When I was on my online account yesterday, £10.50 worth of points had been taken off, so I assumed the vouchers must be on their way. Today, it's been added back on.
I had it in my head that November should have been the next statement, is that right? If so, we should have had £8-£9 worth of vouchers in that one, to use before the changeover from 4x to 3x.
Or am I wrong and there hasn't been one yet?0 -
I've been trying the clubcard phone line for a couple of days now, thanks to people who live at my old address using £186 of my Christmas saver vouchers.
Got through about ten days ago and was told they would re-issue the vouchers to me in December but I rang them again a few days ago to ask them exactly when I could expect the vouchers and they said that they have now been issued and to expect them soon and that I now have £203.50. I'm still waiting for them.
I have contacted Clubcard customer services to ask them what they're planning on doing to the thieves who live in my old house and I've had a general response email advising me that due to adverse weather all emails are taking longer to be answered. A couple of days after that I received another email with a list of FAQ's and it informed me that if my question wasn't answered via the FAQ's to email them back or phone them again. I'm still awaiting a straight answer. Beginning to wonder if the people who stole my vouchers will just get off scot-free. Tesco doesn't seem that bothered that someone effectively stole almost £200 from them.0 -

They were issued in November. I think everyone was meant to have received them by the end of November at the very latest. Another batch of vouchers are currently being issued for this month to the people who collected a good amount of points through November from the end of October. Hope that helps.

Well I called in round 5 and was told my codes would be unfrozen and to try and hour later. Tried at 6 and just now. Still getting the same error message! So annoying!
Sending an email now but I dont hold out much hope of getting 4 x0
