Why are you closing your HSBC?

IMO I would leave it open, for the green 0's.

Nothing yet. The CCA was posted back to them on Wednesday but was only a 2nd class prepaid envelope so would probably be Friday before they got it

I am waiting for my SDG to show on CF then will apply for capital one even If I do only get a £100 limit

Thanks Sutton111. Innocent Guy, I have 3 in the last 3 months and 23 in the last year. Many searches by mortgage companies!

Just had a phone call from Vanquis. They've also accepted me with a £250 limit at 39.9% apr.

Thought they had declined me when I applied online, strange!

It can take up to 6 weeks for it to show up on you credit file.
