I've never sent my Jacamo (JD Williams Group) back and I've had 5 increases since.
Same with SDG I've had 2 increases on my Littlewoods account and I've never sent it back.
TBH I can't see how it matters really.
but, could your increases have been bigger.
my o/h never returned 2 of hers,i did,my increases were quicker and bigger, not the norm.when she returned them she overtook me.but i suppose that could be coicidence.
it must matter a bit.i know ater 2007 they dont need a cca to enforce a debt, but all the claims due to no cca prior to 2007 must of had an affect.they must want them to dot there i's etc.only a guess though.
jd w,did request them back in writting,and freemans,but i accept that may not be the norm.littlewoods/littlewoods direct/marshall ward/kays/greatuniversal/empire stores/addittions/grattans/next/ambrose wilson.barclay card/cap1/bos/vanquis gold/vodafone/3 .dell finance/currys finance

I just phoned CapitalOne to make sure the application I made last week for there classic card was all going through smoothly.
I was told the PIN number was sent out on Saturday and the card was sent out to day, and to expect both in a few days. No forms to sign.
So far, I'm very happy with their service. Only complaint is the £100 limit, but that should be fine for a while. I've got Aqua and Vanquis (Which both should be increased next month from £250).
Just making the final transfers of my direct debits to my new Lloyds Classic Account and then I'm going to close the HSBC Advance Account (Might keep it open to report the green 0's, but had a lot of problems with them regarding taking money from my account for services I don't have).0 -

I've tried HSBC back in February and I was told to 'sod off' as well.
But back then my defaults weren't satisfied nor was I on the Electoral Roll which I am now!
So hopefully by October, when most of my searches have disappeared I will be able to building my credit file even further.
A credit card is next!! Be that Vanquis, Aqua or even Capital One.0
