HSBC keep taking £3 out of my account for text message banking and everytime I ask it to be canceled and fee refunded, they agree, but next month it's the same.

Remember a few weeks ago I sent an email to Equifax regarding duplicate searches on my credit file, well they've put a Notice Of Correction on my file which reads the following...

NOTICE OF DISPUTE - THE INDIVIDUAL CONCERNED HAS DISPUTED THE ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION REGISTERED AT THIS ADDRESS AND WE HAVE NOW CONTACTED THE SUBSCRIBER CONCERNED. CARE SHOULD THEREFORE BE TAKEN WHEN USING THE DATA AT THIS ADDRESS TO ASSESS THE CREDITWORTHINESS OF THE INDIVIDUAL CONCERNED.

    Registered By: Mr XXXX
    Date of Birth: XXXX
    Date Registered:20/04/2009

Not sure whether this is saying 'Watch out, it might not be him applying for the credit, and do not give any credit while at this address, or whether it's saying don't take the multiple searches into consideration when I have asked for credit....

The NOC are more trouble than they're worth IMO. Everything gets referred.

Are you applying for Cap 1 Sutton?

Not at the moment. I'm waiting for Equifax to update the Electoral Roll.

Yeah, got declined straight away by them. Suprised a bit as have a Visa Debit card with Halifax I've had for ages with an overdraft. Guess they don't communicate between them. Not to worry.

they do communicate,i think they can just be strange.
