Its very costly to keep an eye on all these credit reports since there is 3 main ones now.

Apart from the £2 requests that is.

Mine are both set to expire on 14th May. I wont be renewing them. If I can't see my Credit Report, then it's not there, at least for my eyes. :rotfl:

Well, when you put it like that... lol

I do have the free annual credit report but pay £3.99 for a monthly report etc but I just got a new report for April (last one was Sep 08) Shows new stuff from 2006 but does not show my Vanquis card on both reports. Strange I thought, but they have it on Experian.

I just sent the £2 cheque for the Experian and Equifax reports to see whats on them.

I think these scores are rubbish.

My missus lived at her mums for 15yrs on the voters all that time, had alot of credit on her file and hers is 999.

Now she has two alias cifas frauds on her report. Linked address when she did some dodgy things with cheque books!, but she has 20k cash under the sofa now!.

13mths it takes to come of your file and will she be free then? as the debts are in an alias name.

They said they'll send a letter as they cannot give reasons over the phone. Not too upset as I'm not a fan of Barclays company, however it would have been nice having a card with a lower limit then Vanquis and Aqua, but hey ho, I'll just wait for a while and maybe apply for a main-stream card once the green 0's are flowing in more.

They will send you the basic letter. Blah Blah we used equifax to credit check people blah blah

Surely the exact same way a white person gets a tan. I don't understand your question.Obviously in the sun a black person's skin will become a darker shade of brown. One of my black mates actually goes on a sunbed sometimes in the winter.

    Exactly - ;););)

Do BOI search just Equifax then?
    Is BOI part of Natwest/RBS?

Yes I can confirm that BOI only search Equifax

I'm in the same boat as you. My Experian score is "9" and the reason I think is because I have 14 or more searches.

I have quite a few searches and mine has dropped to 411 from 600..
