    I don't believe she was even arrested or anything, so as she has not been sentenced for a crime NO!, unreal people getting 9yrs for holding up a bank with a gun.

    I applied for a Natwest credit card last year and the swines checked Equifax AND Experian.

    Is BOI lenient or hard to get?

    Yes, it's called "cheque book fraud" and you will land yourself 5 years in Durham for that if you are not carefull. ;)
