    Don't know if I even want the Tesco card now. If I am not accepted I won't really be all that downcast.

    HSBC. They keep taking £3 out of my account each month for mobile banking. Each mont i ring them and ask for it to be canceled and the funds returned. It's ridiculous.

    Barclays are a good bank IMHO, good luck if you decide to switch;)

    When I applied online for a Barclays account I got a letter back declining me for a loan because they don't "offer loans for holidays which are repaid over more than a year". Didn't fill me with much hope. I'll just stick with my beloved Halifax :)
