Does anyone have a Monument card? They are not taking any applications online for some reason, yesterday was the same. Have they stopped lending?

Can you not get yourself on the electoral role. If you feel this is the only thing stopping your acceptance would it not be worthwhile?

Did you apply online? It's thier website that's not accepting applications at the moment.
  • i did apply on line.i messed the singing box up,put both names in so had to sort it out over phone.
the got told to go back on line delete cookies becuase they wouldnt let me sing porperly.
i dont suppose that helps with your original question.they are willing to deal with it over phone, but they wanted to phone me back at a later date ,so they suggested cookies thing to speed up.

cif can I have the address please
They will send you a decline letter out. You need this because it has your references on it which you need to quote on your appeal letter.
