The thing is they were 100% in the wrong cause the default was for unfair bank charges which they already refunded me so means the default shouldnt be there either for something they refunded me for there mistake.

I did send them a couple of letters but last letter i got was there still looking into it etc etc so kind of put it on the back burner for now until baby due etc but am happy thats gone as will help me a great deal with getting credit and mortgage also have a default getting removed in november aswell then thats me all green on my account

Look just bloody apply for a Barclaycard Initial it's for people with OK credit. If you earn over £10,000PA which you clearly do, I would apply to them.

I told them that I had identity theft and the search was invalid as there was incorrect information. They oked it and removed it. Same with a few other lenders

I am sure they have knocked like 2k off one of my loans on my credit file cause am sure it was around 5.5k like my other loan but its now around 3.5k

am not complaining tho
