    I have seen a personal banker overturn the descion for my brothers....... They have quite alot of power. Way more than those on tele banking

    I had a loan from blackhorse in 2007 - I was wondering if I applied for a CC with them they would use my previous data? The loan was paid on time everytime and is fully settled
