Evening all,
Need your help and advice again please:o
Have been accepted for Post Office Classic CC with 2.4K limit and want to do 2 BT. One from my Flybe and one from Aqua. I am then going to keep the Flybe for purchases and get rid of the Aqua and just pay off the PO card until end of 0% BT.
My problem for now is my Aqua statement has just arrived at needs to be paid by 19/03. As my PO card has not arrived yet, although the pin has, I am not sure I am going to have time for the BT to clear before the due date. Is it best to make the minimum payment and take a hit with the interest or clear most of it(from savings) and do a smaller BT?
I hope that all the above makes sence?
Thanks in advance;)0 -

Hey, what is the outstanding balance and I assume your on the 35%APR?Bank Accounts - Barlcays Premier[/B] - £1000 o/d, HSBC - £200 o/d- First Direct - £500

Outstanding balance £450...and yep correct on the APR...it said on the statement estimated interest if you only pay minimum payment is around £18 I think!0

Personally I'd just pay yhr min and then Bt the rest when your PO card comes in?
I recently applied for the PO card too, would you mind sharing with us if you had any "nasties" on your credit file and if you were at the limits of your other credit cards? Also did you have many searches?
I'm still waiting to hear... I have no CCJ's or Defaults but already have FlyBe, JJB, MBNA, Vanquis and CapitalOne all of which are pretty close to their limits. hoping to get the PO card and BT all my other cards (£2000) on to there... I also have about 6 searches in the last 6 months so thinking that might go against me0
