Phew! What a long thread.
However, in all due respect I have to hand it to UK26 for single handedly taking on the big CRA and admire his perserverence with continuing, despite all the obstacles and sneaky tactics that this Mr Mills character keeps throwing in his way.
And yes! Victory in court for UK may well change the way that CRA's handle our information and sensitive data in the future and open the floodgates for many consumers to challenge and rectify similar information held about them.
Way to go UK26 :TSince when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? This is a simple question of evolution. The day is quickly coming when every knee will bow down to a silicon fist, and you will all beg your binary gods for mercy.0 -

Be advised that some companies search more than one CRA at a time. Why would you want to up your searches? Seems odd as most of us on here are trying to limit the amount we search :j :j The only CC I know that searches callcredit is monument and they are currently accepting no new applicants.Bank Accounts - Barlcays Premier[/B] - £1000 o/d, HSBC - £200 o/d- First Direct - £500
