I received an email the other day from a woman in Customer Administration who wanted to know my residential status in order to proceed with the application.
I'm sure I didn't miss it out though. I emailed her back but haven't heard anything since.

I think this is because there is adverse info regarding me & identity theft on other systems i.e hunter but don't know how these work and what they are called...

May sound stupid but what is SAR'd...Bank Accounts - Barlcays Premier[/B] - £1000 o/d, HSBC - £200 o/d- First Direct - £500
Credit Cards - Barclaycard £2000 - Silver Card £1300 - Flybe £7500 - HSBC £1000 - First Direct £2500 First Direct Gold £3000
6 credit accounts closed in 2010!

It'll cost you a tenner each to request a SAR from N Hunter and CIFAS, unfortunately there is no statutory clause that reduces the fee to £2 for these companies - a real pi$$ take if you ask me!
I'd be very interested to see what kind and quantity of data they hold, please let us know when you get it through.
