Alot of people have received one from Sgyma!!

Don't know Sutton, it flashed up on screen, I was livid, and she said "Whoops, you shouldn't have seen that", at which point she told us about the 'refferal' thing.

Nothing on Credit Expert, or My Equifax *yet*, don't know about Call Credit.

Regardless, got the following info on who to contact at Sygma, if it's any help to anyone -

Have drafted a letter tonight, and a complaint to the Information Commisioner, as it seems they are handing these out willy nilly !

Your credit though is pretty good though isn't it? Just the Orange debt isn't it?

Is that a default on your credit file or didn't it even get that far?

When did you apply for Flybe then?

Last November, also went for the JJB card in December, declined for both.

Nothing 'fraudulent' about the applications, 100% truthfully filled in, which is what pi$$e$ me off

So last November and nothing has come up on your Equifax file or Experian!!!

Why is that?

Is there any Sygma fraud search on your credit file from November?

Nope, just 'Opt In' searches, unless they're on Call Credit.

This is quite worrying, I was reading a post yesterday about people not being told and I thought it was just in writing, but I'm concerned that you can't see that there is any Fraud markers but lenders can.

No Flybe only check Equifax.

That's where they appear.

It 'IS' worrying that this doesn't appear on either mine, or my partners 'My Equifax'
