Just remembered Mr Byrite - sold jeans and big baggy lairy coloured (it was the 80s) shirts and t shirts. Also Weigh and Save. Had huge tubs of food that you scooped out yourself Used to get to the till with three times the amount of chocolate raisins than I thought I had. Lovely smells in there. Pick and mix sweets in the same aisle as spices and curry powder and some smart alec would put the chilli powder scoop back in the sherbert.0
