Does anybody else remember Leo's supermarkets, or did i imagine them, think they might have been Norfolk or Suffolk only.
Also BB Adams a sort of discount store selling everything, it was like an aladdins cave inside, oh and ipi dee the clothes shop......

I remember BB Adams at the top of the Guildhall. What was the shop where Tesco Metro is now, just down the hill? Was it still Tesco? Can remember an upstairs with a clothes and household section. The International rings a bell.

Dewhurst The Butchers. Excellent meat, and ham carved just how it should be. Not hacked at, which is the norm in my local Sainsburys.:(

just noticed this, there is definately one in Cheadle, Stockport and theres also one in Stratford London :)

Ooh are we both talking about Thetford?

International was i think where Argos is now, but i'm probably mistaken, i thought it was a freezer shop, but my sister remembers mum buying her fags from there, so i'm not sure....

No, sorry, I meant Norwich. I can remember the International in Thetford, used to go in there with my grandparents on the way to visit aunts and uncles (I think! memory is a bit hazy!)
