    My last £100 for this week has just been transferred!:j

    Its Monday!!!!!

    I have a couple of days off this week to spend with the girls. Must do some billing as well though!:p

    I have just done my first transfer of the week to them in the tax office.

    No surprises - £100.

    Total so far to them = £4605

    I am doing my accounts for the last tax year over the next couple of days and so hopefully i will be able to have my payments on account reduced a bit.

    As it is Maundy Thursday I have decided to transfer £200 to them today cos i won't e able to do a transfer tomorrow.

    So another £200 takes it to £5005 so far.:beer:

    I am glad I have broken the £5k mark in just over 3 months. I would never have paid this such off before in such a short amount of time. Small and frequent payments seem so much less painful than one off large payments each month!

    My DH spoke to the HMRC yesterday - their interest rate for late payments has reduced from 6% pa to 2.5% pa which hopefully means i should not be hammered as much as I was with the arrears. They are happy to see the balance coming down though.

    Have a happy Easter everyone.

    Don't eat too much chocolate!:D

    Well, there has been a bank holiday break but business is back to normal today with £200 to HMRC today to cover yesterday and today.

    Makes my total so far - £5205.

    I really need to get my accounts done so i can get my payment on account reduced...but its such a chore:rolleyes:
